Basque Nachos

These Basque-inspired nachos are layered with crispy kettle chips, Iberico ham, grilled olives, pepperoncini, and manchego cheese. An easy, elevated twist on party snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag kettle cooked chips (I prefer Cape Cod)
  • Pitted olives (I love pre-grilled olives)
  • Iberico ham
  • Pepperoncinis (can also use piparra peppers)
  • Freshly grated manchego cheese
  • Anchovies (optional)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F & set the oven rack in the middle

  • Step 2

    Add entire bag of kettle chips to a baking sheet & lightly toss in oil

  • Step 3

    Re-bake the chips for about 5-6 minutes (this makes them extra crispy for layering)

  • Step 4

    In your bowl or plate of choice, layer the bottom with chips, & a little bit of all toppings.

  • Step 5

    Repeat this process of layering until all the chips are used

  • Step 6

    Finish with grated cheese and enjoy!!
