Weeni Martini

Ingredients
- Tomato Water
- 1 container of vine tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 salt
- Garnish
- 2 slices of hot dog, previously cooked or grilled
- 1 cornichon
- 1 metal cocktail pick
- Drink Components
- 2 ounce dry gin
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 2 ounce tomato water
- 1 ounce pepperoncini juice
- Lots of ice for shaking
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Directions
- Step 1
Tomato Water: Throw tomatoes, garlic & salt into a blender until smooth
- Step 2
Line a large container with your cheesecloth strainer & add tomatoes to the strainer
- Step 3
Allow the pulpy mixture to slowly strain for about 3-6 hours (try not to mess with it)
- Step 4
Assembly: Add gin, vermouth, tomato water, pepperoncini juice, & ice to a metal cocktail shaker. Shake well for 45-50 seconds.
- Step 5
Pour mixture into your martini glass & finish with your garnish & a few drops of sesame oil. ENJOY!
