Halloween is here and I’m loving the way parents are getting creative with their celebrations. One of my favorite things to do with my kids is dress up with them—but over the last two years, I’ve also started making fun “boo bags.” They’re budget-friendly and perfect for kids if you don't do trick-or-treating outside.
