Making a Garden out of Ground Zero

For a lot of us, this Tuesday is about the normal things: posts about rice, comforting soup, the weekly editorial meeting and many, many cups of coffee. But it’s also about remembrance for this same day, eleven years ago.  We’re all remembering in our own ways -- for Paul Greenberg, this means making a meal sourced from a garden grown at Ground Zero.
