A New Weeknight Cut

Here’s something that’s not exactly your weeknight go-to: grilled pork neck. But maybe it should be? Thoroughly seasoned from an overnight soak in soy sauce, brown sugar, and fish sauce, the pork neck gets a Thai flair that’s only amplified by a stint on a hot grill. Good news: if it’s raining, or -- gasp -- too cold, they can also be roasted. Either method works, but we’re keeping our grills on as long as we possibly can into fall.
