Why Blue Jeans Apply to Your Cocktails

This week, The Kitchn turns blue jeans into three things: nostalgia, a thoughtfully-written essay, and most practically, a cocktail-ice-smasher. Apparently, they can do much more than clothe. In an interesting departure from their common use, the Kitchn uses old jeans to make a denim ice-smashing bag, as they refer to it, and shows us how to use the just-smashed ice. (They’re thorough.)
