The Kitchn provides a new take on cooking ahead for the week – much like Merrill’s plan, except decidedly more vegetarian: they start out with a big pot of rice instead of a whole chicken. Now that you have tips and recipes in your arsenal, we’re hoping you’ll be substantially prepared next time hunger strikes after a long, midweek day.
