In the last episode of our podcast, Burnt Toast, we talked to Judith Jones—most famously the editor of Mastering the Art of French Cooking—about Julia Child and her work with cookbooks. We recorded, wide-eyed and eating eggs, from her dining room on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
