This is one of the happiest days of the year. It's the first day of The Piglet, which means it marks the beginning of a few-week period where cookbooks get a little cutthroat. They elicit elbow throws, tears of happiness, joy—and inevitably, comment sections will produce an illegal slide or two. (I am watching. I used to ref.)

And it's all that much more fun if you have a horse in the race.

So we asked our judges—and you—which book you thought would win this year's tournament, and we collected all of the answers for today's episode of Burnt Toast.
