Crunchy brown sugar topping is my primary food group, so I was really excited to give this a shot. The topping was everything I'd hoped for -- it almost made the maple syrup unnecessary. The only thing I might do differently if I made it again would be to add a little more cinnamon to the custard and add some to the topping -- the cinnamon got lost in all the eggs and milk. Overall, YUM and so easy! - emmanation
