Pickle Salad

When you're out of greens, look to the jar.
Ingredients
- 1 dill pickle
- 1 vegetable peeler
- 1 heavy mallet
- 1 apron

Dressed with brine, pickle salad will keep as long as pickles keep.
Directions
- Step 1
Put your apron on.
- Step 2
Use a vegetable peeler to skin the pickle, discarding peel.
- Step 3
Smash the peeled pickle using a clean, heavy mallet. Flip it on its side and smash again until it begins to fall apart. Plate and serve.
