'Tis the Season for a Food52 Cookie Swap

We're taking some time today to celebrate our lovely, food-obsessed community. Thanks to all of you for supporting Food52, both on and off the interwebs.

This past Sunday, Food52er MrsWheelbarrow hosted a nosh/cookie exchange in D.C. Over a dozen community members gathered at her lovely home to talk recipes, forge new friendships, and, above all, eat some cookies.

Here's what the host had to say about the event:

"We had a blast, ate terrific noshes before the exchange (standouts! Spicy Korean-style Gochujang Meatballs brought by Burnt Offerings), salmon/gruyere cheesecake from workingstiff, Moroccan rice with butternut squash from QueenofGreen) and delighted in our Food52-inspired friendships."
