The only sad thing about how many great recipes we have on our site (humble brag! humble brag!) is that some get lost in the crowd. Just when we think we'll never eat anything but celery salad for the rest of our lives, we taste pan-fried giant beans that make that celery number seem like a spring fling.
Now's the time of year for reflection, however -- the time to stop moving forward, if only for a moment, and remember what was great about the past twelve months before all of it is absorbed into the internet's black hole.
