Sometimes we like to eat fruits and vegetable in their whole, pure glory. Other times we just can't fight the appeal of brightly colored juices and smoothies. As the weather gets warmer, there's no better way to mix and match our favorite produce -- strawberries and beets, anyone? -- than to blend them into refreshing beverages.
