We all look forward to foraging through the fridge (sometimes in the middle of the night) for an extra serving of turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing after the holiday. Eating pumpkin pie for breakfast is encouraged. Basically, anything goes.
But while Thanksgiving leftovers are brilliant all on their own, it’s even more fun to repurpose leftovers into something entirely new that will last you the whole week long. Make use of everything—the caramelized brown bits at the bottom of your stuffing dish, those gorgeous roasted vegetables, and the remains of the turkey.
