Put a Filter On It: Circles

It's no secret -- we love a good 'gram. Here, we'll be posting our favorite Instagrams from the food world, on a different theme each week.

Today, we're going around in circles.

We've had Instagram of the Week themes centered around seasons, around ingredients, around meals, around dishes, and even around colors. Now, it's time to take on shapes -- specifically, the most well-rounded shape of all: the circle.

As we approach fall and circle back to winter, the end of one year and the beginning of the next come together as one. All of this circular energy has us thinking about pies, cakes, pizzas, fried eggs, bagels, donuts, and all of our favorite round foods. We're particulary entranced by sharonwu's chocolate, pear, and hazelnut tart: The toppings start on the perimeter and spiral inwards towards a chocolatey abyss.

So take a picture of something rotund. We'll complete the circle by regramming our favorites.
